Super-Fast & Stable Detection of Minute Objects
Max. 25 µs Response Time
FX-500 with its high speed response time will improve your productivity. The FX-500 makes detecting minute objects, when using a small diameter fiber, possible with a super-fast time and longer sensing range.
- Panasonic (formerly Sunx) Fiber Optic Amplifier
- 12 to 24VDC
- PNP output
- DIN rail mount
- Red LED light source
- Accepts all Panasonic (formerly Sunx) and standard 2.2mm OD fiber terminated fiber cables
- Pushbutton teach and programming
- Many programmable features including time delay
- Requires Panasonic (formerly Sunx) CN73 hook-up cable (available separately, see recommended products )
When the FX-500 series is used together with our super quality fiber, the incident light intensity variation among units is decreased to only 1/4 of that of conventional models. By being close to absolute values instead of modified digital values, changes in detection that could not be found in the past can now be monitored.
Over 5x Longer Sensing Range
The FX-500, in combination with small diameter fibers that can handle challenging detections, allows up to 5.7x longer sensing ranges than previous models.
Improved Buttons & Visibility
Operation keys (setting switch and MODE key) have been improved to be easy to operate. Also, the color of the keys has been changed from black to light gray to achieve good visibility in dim light.
Greatly Enhanced Fiber Performance
We've redesigned our fibers using a new manufacturing method along with a the highest quality control system, resulting in greatly improved performance of our fiber cables vs. standard fibers.
